Rosemary Clooney (1928-2002). Breezy American singer who made a few film appearances. Born in Kentucky, she performed from her early teens, making many hit records in the early 1950s. Married actor Jose Ferrer. Addiction to prescription drugs brought a breakdown in the mid 1960s. In the 1980s she re-emerged as a jazz singer.
